Baia do Sancho is a small picturesque beach in the bay with the same name on Fernando de Noronha archipelago, in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil.

Baia do Sancho is a small picturesque beach in the bay with the same name ,  on Fernando de Noronha archipelago, in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil.

The beach is isolated, covered by native vegetation and limited by a high cliff, where birds build their nests. It has white sand and emerald green sea , the Brazilian beach that usually appears on all lists of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
The beach is part of the Fernando de Noronha National Marine Park , recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.The place is ideal for diving and observing turtles, colorful fish and rays in its transparent waters with an average temperature of 26ºC.
One of the best times to visit Baía de Sancho is during the rainy season, generally from April to June when the beach holds a surprise: two waterfalls form from rainwater and gush from the top of a cliff. During the sea turtle nesting season (January to June), visits are prohibited between 6pm and 6am.
