- The Choskhor of Alchi is considered one of the great places of Buddhism for the beauty of its mural decoration, a factor that adds to its antiquity. This is a center of Tibetan Buddhism but with the particularity of the strong artistic influence, by proximity, of Islamic Kashmir.
- Sonam Dorje Palace : It is a residence of the royal family, the oldest building in the town, outside the Choskhor. It was built in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. It is currently only used occasionally. It is a five-storey building built next to the mountain. It is in poor condition.
- Alchi is a small village, but it has all the amenities for an overnight stay. From June to September, it provides tourists with an excellent opportunity to see the monastery and make a hike in the Himalayas, from the village they offer a beautiful view.
