Auronzo di Cadore is a small town and comune in northern Italy, in the province of Belluno, in the Veneto region.
Auronzo di Cadore is among the best-known tourist locations in the Veneto and is located on the shores of Lake Santa Caterina ,or better known as Lake Auronzo ,an artificial basin, with 3 km of length. The town is made up of 11 villages and/or hamlets: Cima Gogna, Cella, Villapiccola, Villagrande, Riziò, Reane, Pause, Ligonto, Giralba, S. Marco and Misurina.
