Kudahuvadhoo Island, is one of the inhabited islands of Dhaalu or South Nilande Atoll ,located in the southern Nilandhoo Atoll ,in the Maldives a small archipelagic state in South Asia, situated in the Arabian Sea of the Indian Ocean.

In the early 1980s, the Norwegian adventurer Thor Heyerdahl visited the island. Above all, he admired the island’s old mosque, the stonework of which he described as one of the most beautiful he had ever seen.
It is a rather large island, 1040 meters long and 880 meters wide at its widest point. The total area of ​​the island is 69.7 hectares.The land around Kudahuvadhoo is for the most part flat , There is a large number of leisure options here, which will delight experienced vacationers and those who find the Maldives a very boring place.
