Portland Head Light is a historic lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States.

Construction of the structure south of the port city of Portland began as early as 1787 , today  the city of Cape Elizabeth runs a museum in the lighthouse keeper’s house  which shows exhibits on the history of the lighthouse from mid-April to mid-December. The lighthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places as a historic monument ,also it has been  added to the List of Historic Civil Engineering Landmarks by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Portland Head Light is surrounded by Fort Williams Park. Since 1998 it has been the finish point of the Beach to Beacon 10K, a road race whose starting point is Crescent Beach State Park.
