The Tangalooma shipwrecks are a group of 15 wrecks just off the coast of Moreton Island in Queensland, Australia.
The second main attraction of the Moreton Island is a group of sunken ships fifty meters from the island. Corals have grown on these ships and a huge number of colorful fish live around their wrecks. Numerous fish graze on the algae with which the ships are covered, some very large and thick.
Many activities intended for tourists are available on the island. In addition to renting kayaks, quads, catamarans, masks and snorkels , it is also possible to practice sand surfing or feeding semi-wild dolphins.
Access : Coordinates: 27.1634° S, 153.3682° E / The island is connected to Brisbane by car ferry. There is no public transport on Moreton.
