Calle de la Paz is one of the most prestigious streets in the city ,It followed the new urban planning trends used in Paris and from there its buildings remind us of the French capital. it groups together a large number of modernist houses and palaces of great architectural interest. It marks the southern limit of the Xerea neighborhood and the old Valencia street, centered on the adjacent Lluís Vives street. Characteristic of the street is the view it provides of the bell tower of the church of Santa Caterina, located at the end of the street.
