Kakerdaja is a bog in the raised bog system in Järva parish, on the border between Järvamaa county and Garjumaa county of central Estonia.

Kakerdaja is a bog in the raised bog system in Järva parish, on the border between Järvamaa county and Garjumaa county of central Estonia.

The bog is located on the territory of the Epu-Kakerdi peat mines, but peat is not mined on the territory of the bog itself, the Kakerdaja Bog  located in the basin of the Yagaly River,In the center of the swamp there is Lake Kakerdi.
The swamp area is part of the Kõrvemaa Nature Park , and is part of the Kõrvemaa landscape protection area. A 7-kilometer-long hiking trail runs through the swamp.
