The Mantanani Islands is a group of three islands in the South China Sea northwest of Borneo, in Malaysia.
The Mantanani Islands are located northwest of Kota Belud, which is approximately two hours’ drive from Sabah’s capital, Kota Kinabalu. Day trips usually take place here. Mantanani Besar can be reached from Kota Belud by ferry.
The largest island is Mantanani Besar , A little west of it lies the small, uninhabited rocky island of Lungisan , 3 km further to the west lies the uninhabited Mantanani Kecil.
