The marble castle is a popular natural attraction outside Mo i Rana , a city in Nordland county, Norway.
The marble castle is made of the river Glomåga. For many years, Glomåga has excavated potholes and other formations with many different shapes .From the car park There is a sign for the Marble Castle so it was easy to find, the way to the castle leads through a very beautiful forest.
The area is not secured and the river is strong. Pay special attention and caution if you want to visit it with small children or pets.
Visit the Marble Castle from the end of May but best time considered taking this trek in the summer when the water flow in the river is smaller and the terrain is drier. Norway’s Marble “Castle” is a destination that has exploded in popularity over the past years.
