The Vorontsov Lighthouse is located on the Black Sea, in the port of Odessa, Ukraine. It is over 27 meters high. It is the third lighthouse at the port of Odessa – the first was made of wood in 1862 and survived until World War I. The second tower was blown up during the war in 1941 and rebuilt after World War II.
New lighthouse:
Initially, in 1950-1953, the construction, known as Raidovy, was restored. Then a new lighthouse was installed on it, unlike the former one, with a cylindrical tower. It is traditionally called Vorontsovsky.
The lighthouse is visible for 15 nautical miles. Inside the “head” of the pier, the equipment of a circular beacon and the power part of a sound signal fog unit – a nautophone, are mounted.

Note : The peculiarity of visiting the Vorontsov lighthouse is that it is located on the territory of the Odessa Sea Port and is a sensitive facility. Excursions will be held after coordination with the tourism department and the port security service. Days for excursions: Saturday and Sunday. Time: from 10:00 to 15:00. / Visits are only possible from May to October and subject to favorable weather.
