Zalipie is a village in Gmina Olesno, within Poviat Dombrowa, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland.

The village is known for the custom of painted huts. The custom of decorating rural rooms with flower paintings dates back to the late 19th century, when peasants began to decorate the interiors of their country houses with crepe paper flowers, patterns and thatched structures hanging from the ceiling and flowers painted on the walls. Paintings were also done on exterior walls of buildings, wells and fences. There are currently about twenty painted houses in Zalipie. This type of decoration also existed in other villages of the region located at the confluence of Vistula and Dunajec.
Currently, not only houses are painted, but also wells and doghouses. Thanks to these circumstances, Zalipye is popular among tourists. As a rule, women painted houses. In 1948, the “Collective of Craftswomen” artel was created. By 2018, 55 “Painted House” competitions had already been held.
