Zakrzówek is an artificial water reservoir in an old mined quarry, located in the Dębniki district of Krakow, Poland.

The Zakrzówek Reservoir was created after the flooding of a limestone quarry in 1990,  it consists of two tanks connected by an isthmus . In the vicinity of the reservoir there are rock groups and a vast forest – the “Skały Twardowskiego” park with charming meadows and a beautiful viewpoint of Krakow, the Vistula bend and the Wolski Forest.
Currently, a new swimming area has been built there. The water here has an unusual turquoise color, wide wooden piers and steep limestone cliffs surrounding the reservoir give the place an atmosphere reminiscent of seaside resorts.
The reservoir is a great place for diving ,There are many sunken objects here that make diving more attractive, such as: a sunken bus, a Nysa, a mirror, a papal plaque and many others. Krakow’s Most Popular Lake consist  one of the most popular spots on Instagram ,a  haven for urban explorers and instagram adventurers alike
