Zieleniec is a village – part of the town of Duszniki Zdrój  in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland.

A  ski resort has been developed near the village. The ski area is one of the largest and best known in Poland. It allows you to reach the slopes of Mount Velká Deštná which is the highest peak of the Orlické hory mountains which extend across the territory of the Czech Republic.
Due to the snow-sure location, the main attraction of Zieleniec is now the relatively large ski area with over 28 ski lifts.Zieleniec has a reputation as a “family” ski center, which offers accommodation in private small, cozy and comfortable guesthouses.There is a rental of skis, snowboards and tubing. There is a cafe, and  guest houses. In addition to swimming pools and an artificial river, vacationers have access to a sauna, a jacuzzi, a biological regeneration room, a massage therapist, a cosmetologist, as well as a restaurant and a bowling alley.

Highlights :

  • Zieleniec Ski Arena, located on the slopes of the Orlické Mountains and offers 30 ski lifts and over 20 km of ski slopes.The ski season in Zieleniec lasts up to 150 days a year – between November and March.
  • Mountain biking : Every year, in August, the Kłodzko Classic is held as part of the Polish Mountain Marathon Championships. Also in August, a memorial dedicated to the memory of Artur Filipiak takes place – the Lower Silesia Open MTB Marathon Championship.
