The SS Ayrfield was a transport ship launched in 1911 in England with the name of SS Corrimal. Its mission was to transport coal, which was still the blood of the Industrial Revolution that moved the muscle of the British Empire. Today A major landmark on Fraser Island is the shipwreck of the S.S. Maheno ..Due to the  dangerous condition of the ship access is prohibited.
