The Cristo Rei Parish Church, built in modern Gothic style, was inaugurated on November 14, 1954 after five years of construction. Its interior houses a large space 40 meters high and three beautiful altars. The “holy water fountain” is located in one of the side naves, where symbolically two angels hold the sink on which the tap with “holy water” is located.
A church of remarkable beauty,with a flowery and beautiful square which is worth a visit for anyone passing through Bento Gonçalves.
