Carneiros Beach – Praia dos Carneiros is a beach located in the city of Tamandare ( Tamandare is in northeastern Brazil ) , in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil. Its name comes from the name of one of the former owners of the area, Mr. Jose Henrique Carneiros.
This paradise is in Pernambuco, in the municipality of Tamandare, about 1 hour from Porto de Galinhas. There are natural pools, white sand and wonderful coconut trees. One of its main attractions is the Chapel of St. Benedict, built in the eighteenth century where wedding ceremonies and baptisms are performed.
With calm and warm waters practically all year round , It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Sheep is still wild and charming. Carneiros Beach has been voted one of the top 15 beaches in the world by TripAdvisor users

By car : From PE 051 highway ( dirt road ) , that goes on the Arminio Guilherme Highway to Rio Formoso and from there to the slightly longer PE 072.
