St Thomas Church (or Sveti Tomaž) is a small hilltop church at Sveti Tomaž village near Škofja Loka , in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

Sveti Tomaž is a Romanesque structure with a square nave and a rounded apse whose origins are still visible in a corner of the sanctuary. The church became famous because of the many photos that show it with the dramatic background of the highest Kamniške mountains. Most of the photos are taken at dawn, when the sun has not yet peeked out from behind the high mountains.
Currently , the Sveti Tomaž Church, in Škofja Loka is one of the most iconic images of Slovenia.
