Fujihashi Castle is a planetarium with an exterior that looks like a contemporary Japanese castle.

In the planetarium on the 1st floor, each day’s astronomical phenomenon and the condition of stars are explained. The 2nd floor consists of a corridor-shaped gallery and has an exhibition related to astronomy. The castle is located on the upper stream of the Ibi River, which is one of the Kiso Sansen Rivers. Since it is surrounded by mountains in all directions, the place is famous for its starry skies.
