Nara is the capital of Nara Prefecture in the Kansai region, one of the most traditional in Japan, in southern Honshu, the main island of Japan.

From Kyoto leads the Kansai line of the JR to Nara, as well as the private Kintesu Kyoto line. From Osaka, the Kintesu Nara Line is the fastest way to get to Nara. Both JR Nara Station -1.5 km and Kintesu Nara Station -1 km are within walking distance of Nara Park’s main attractions.

Getting around : JR Station, Nara Station is the city’s main train station. From here public buses to all attractions.
