The Great Buddha of Phuket , is a Buddha statue on the island of Phuket in the southern region of Thailand.
The imposing marble statue is 45 meters high and has a diameter of 25 meters at the base. The Buddha sits on a large pedestal of stylized lotuses and looks east toward Chalong Bay from the summit of Nakkerd Hill.
