Porto Marie Beach -also Porto Mari Beach- is a beach on the Caribbean island of Curacao, located near the town of Sint Willibrordus, in the bay of Porto Marie. The beach is used as a starting point for diving and snorkeling and considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Curacao
At Playa Porto Marie, artificial coral reefs are being experimented with in an attempt to improve the condition of the reef.
Access : Coordinates: 12.219167, -69.086389 / island daily tours : some include a stop at Playa Porto Mari / Playa Porto Mari is located on the northwestern coast of Curacao, approx. 20km north to Willemstad./ By car -bike : drive-ride north on Weg Naar Westpunt. before Daniel, turn left towards Sint Willibrordus. The road to the beach is then well marked.
