Moominvalley Park’s Umbrella Sky, which uses about 1,200 umbrellas, is the largest in Japan!
“Moominvalley and Umbrella” is recommended for both sunny days when the sunlight filtering through the trees is beautiful, and rainy days.
This Umbrella Sky is based on the Moomin Comics original “Let’s build a house”. The story is about Mimura’s mother, Little My, and Mii’s sisters who came to the Moomin mansion, and the slapstick commotion involving the friends of Moominvalley.

- The umbrella display is free to view. However, as the spring umbrella sky is in Moominvalley park, you have to pay to enter the theme park.Moominvalley Park is open from 10am-5pm, Sat, Sun & holidays from 10am-6pm.
