Zandvoort is  a town- beach resort of the Netherlands in the province of North Holland. Zandvoort is famous for having one of the biggest beaches in Holland, and having an environment full of the famous coastal dunes. It is also an important tourist spot because it has luxury hotels, the famous Zandvoort Circuit, and even 2 km long nudist beaches and cafes on the beach.

Tourism has a major impact on the economy of the community, especially in the high season. In 2003, almost half of all Zandvoort jobs were linked to tourism. In the whole place you can find hotels, guesthouses and other accommodations. Many of them were created during the construction boom in the 1950s and 60s. The Center Parc  is also a major attraction for visitors.

On the beach pavilions and cafes invite the bathers. In the southern beach area, a three-kilometer nudist zone is designated. Many Dutch families spend their weekends and holidays in beach bungalows, also called beach houses, just a few meters from the sea. These homes are partly family-owned for generations. The season starts at Easter and ends in October. Then the houses are loaded onto trucks and stored in the area .the Zandvoort racetrack, as the storms are too heavy for the wooden houses.

Circuit Park Zandvoort is a motor racing circuit located directly on the North Sea near the Dutch town of Zandvoort (pronounced Sandvoort). It was mainly designed in 1948 by Johannes “Hans” Hugenholtz -also known as John Hugenholtz-, the father of Spyker Cars CEO Hans Hugenholtz junior.

The Zandvoort circuit (Dutch: Zandvoort Circuit) is a Dutch racetrack between the dunes south of the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, in the municipality of Zandvoort (North Holland), about 20 kilometers west of Amsterdam. Although there are some races in Zandvoort before the Second World War, the first race on the urban layout takes place on June 3, 1939. The permanent circuit is established after the war.
