The Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception is a Catholic religious building located in Panjim, capital of the state of Goa, India.

Built in 1609 to replace an older chapel, in  Portuguese baroque colonial style, the church has become, due to its elevated location and sumptuously illuminated at night, an emblematic image of the city of Panaji. The church is the place of worship of the largest parish in the city.
Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church consists one of the oldest churches in Goa in India and is Particularly  known to house the second largest church bells in Goa.
