The beach “Super south” in Lacanau Océan is situated in the south of the coastal town on the Route du Lion ,in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.
Large, smooth beach,this area has been monitored since 2020 but as on all the beaches of the Gironde, swimming is dangerous because of the strong currents.
Apart from the supervised part of the beach, naturism is traditionally well regarded in Lacanau.By walking for a few minutes, you find large spaces where naturism is possible.
Less frequented than the other beaches of Lacanau, the Super Sud is the wildest beach in the seaside resort. In order to strengthen and preserve its natural character.The waves are a strong point and a real spot for surfing.

/ There is a parking lot near the beach but you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach by crossing the dune.
