Horseshoe Bend is a horseshoe-shaped valley meander of the Colorado River near the town of Page, Arizona, United States.
A viewpoint on the plateau is available from a parking lot. The lookout is Accessible from Highway 89 via a footpath of less than a kilometer in length.
This site, little known before the 2010s, saw its popularity explode through social networks such as Instagram, forcing the authorities to develop it to be able to receive more than 1.5 million tourists annually. Especially many people gather on the high bank of the Horseshoe Canyon in the evening before sunset to take memorable bird’s-eye photos of the Colorado River.
