Basílica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato is a Roman Catholic basilica located in the Plaza de la Paz in the center of Guanajuato, Mexico.

The Basilica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato was built between 1671 and 1696. With its baroque and classicist style on the outside, it has a main façade composed of three bodies, in the middle the stone-carved portal, on the outside the two bell towers with different attachments. The interior of the single-nave church has the floor plan of a Latin cross, above which is a crossing dome with an octagonal tambour.
The church was decorated with many works of art by the mine owners such as the owner of the Valenciana silver mine, Antonio de Obregón y Alcocer, in the spirit of Creole culture in the Baroque era.
The church was elevated to a pontifical basilica by the Pope in 1957 and is listed as a World Heritage Site as part of the historic city of Guanajuato.
