Bathsheba beach located at the small village of Bathsheba , in the parish of St. Joseph, on the east coast of the Caribbean island nation of Barbados.
At Bathsheba Beach, also known as the “South Bowl”, large rock formations which from a distance resemble “giant mushrooms” growing straight out of the sea.
However, the great waves make Bathsheba Beach one of the best surf spots in Barbados. Surfers from all over the world come here to take part in the annual Soup Bowl surfing championship.
Along the shore in Bathsheba there are many cottages and guest houses where you can stay, bars, cafes and souvenir shops.
The breathtaking wild coastline scenery makes this one of the most popular destinations in Barbados.
