Oludeniz is a resort village located on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey in the province of Mugla.
The place is surrounded on three sides by mountains, the highest of which is Babadag, translated as “father mountain”. The height of the main, so-called “lower launch” – 1672 m – is used by tourists for sightseeing tours and by paragliding athletes for launches.
The sea here is an amazing turquoise color, and the beaches covered with light sand and pebbles are some of the best on the Turkish coast , there are numerous hotels and guesthouses, some of which are very close to the beach. Most tourists arrive via the nearest airport of Dalaman or via Antalya airport. Parts of the beach, particularly the sandy beach at the river mouth, are chargeable.

Highlights :
- The tourist highlight of Oludeniz is the Blue Lagoon Nature Reserve. This is a bay, surrounded by mountains on the land side, and Turtle Island on the sea side.
- Ölüdeniz Beach was awarded the Blue Flag as a symbol of special water quality. Between April and December the beach is a very popular travel destination and is therefore quite crowded.
- Paragliding : Oludeniz is known for its paragliding opportunities. It is considered as one of the best places in the world for paragliding.
- Ultramarathon : Since 2010, there has been an international ultramarathon called the Lycian Hypermarathon.
- Scuba diving : Oludeniz offers a variety of diving opportunities / It is possible to visit Aya Nikola Island, Gemile Bay, Karacaören, 12 islands and Göcek during trips made by boats on the Fethiye coast and Ölüdeniz coast.
