The Plateau de Valensole located in the south of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence , a region in southern east of France.
The main attraction of this area is the lavender blooms , particularly from mid-June to mid-August. The Plateau de Valensole considered the Mecca of lavender and has been famous for the fields of lavender, but this area also offers beautiful Provençal landscapes and much more.
