Lake Karagöl also known as the “Black Lake,” located in the northwest of the Karçal Mountains ,a mountain range in the northeastern tip of Turkey.
Karagöl – Black Lake actually Consisting of two lakes, one large and the other small, is located between 1450-1480 m above sea level.
The lake is part of the Karagöl Nature Park and has a significant potential for various tourism activities, especially eco-tourism, the scenic area hosts many bird species in September because it is located on the migration route.
Currently this picturesque place is flocked by nature lovers and photographers.
