Råbjerg Mile is a moving coastal dune which is located between Skagen and Frederikshavn,in North Jutland, Denmark.
The dune is approximately 800 meters wide and one kilometer long, and is approximately 20 meters high.
Because it is one of the last walking dunes, it falls under nature conservation regulations, It is designated as a Natura 2000 area ,The dune is home of some Special birds and rare protected plants.
This incredible natural phenomenon , the largest moving sand dune in Northern Europe, attracts More than 250,000 visitors a year.
