Cádiz Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church, seat of the diocese of Cádiz and Ceuta, in Cádiz, in the Spanish province of Andalusia.

The modern cathedral is located on the Cathedral square on the site of the old one, built in the XIII century by Alphonso the Wise, but burned down in 1596. The construction of the new cathedral according to the project of the architect Vicente Asero continued in 1722—1838. with breaks, so the building of the cathedral combines elements of several architectural styles: baroque, rococo and neoclassicism.  Its chapels have many paintings and relics from the ancient cathedral and numerous Spanish monasteries. Under the cathedral is a crypt, located below sea level, in which famous people of the city are buried. Today, the Cathedral of the Holy Cross is one of the main attractions of Cádiz and can be seen practically from anywhere in the city.
