Leogang is a village in the district of Zell am See, in the state of Salzburg, Austria.
The municipality covers the entire Leogang valley. Leogang is located in Pinzgau between the Leoganger Steinberge, whose highest peak is the Birnhorn (2634 m above sea level) in the north, and the Asitz in the south. The Leogang is located north-west of the shoulder creek height (1520 m) at the Leoganger Ache. Leogang borders on Tyrol, the road to Hochfilzen leads over the Grießen Pass at an altitude of 1000 m.
Tourism is the most important economic factor in Leogang.A merger with the tourism association of the neighboring town of Saalfelden resulted in the Saalfelden Leogang holiday region in 1999.The lifts in Leogang are part of the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang with 55 lifts and over 200 km of groomed slopes. In summer, the Bikepark Leogang has a great offer for all bikers, whether young or old, whether beginner or newcomer, whether pleasure biker – who wants to experience the countless mountain bike tours – or downhill crack. The 8-person gondola takes all bikers to the start of the park, where various descents lead down into the valley.Leogang has several sports shops and a small supermarket right in town. Otherwise, the neighboring town of Saalfelden offers good shopping opportunities.

- Summer: In alpine summer tourism, hiking, cycling and mountain biking are the most important fields of activity for tourists. A total of 400 km of signposted hiking and cycling trails are available. For mountain bikers and downhill enthusiasts, the Bikepark Leogang was created in 2002, in which competitions of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup are also held.
- Winter: The most important attraction in winter is the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn with a total of 270 km of slopes. The Leoganger Bergbahnen in the district of Hütten provide access to the Skicircus. An 8-seater gondola takes winter sports enthusiasts up to approx. 1800 m in a few minutes. In addition to the slopes in Leogang, the slopes of Saalbach and Hinterglemm can be reached directly via the ski area. The Europaloipe connects Leogang with Hochfilzen via the Grießenpass.
- The Asitzbahnen lifts in Leogang provide a direct gateway to the pistes of Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn – boasting some 270 kilometres of pistes in total, one of the biggest ski areas in Austria.
